Beacon Reach privacy policy

Last updated: September 2026

Beacon Reach helps musicians and content creators schedule and publish their own videos to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, and prepare them for other apps.

What we collect

The videos, captions and titles you upload, your posting schedule, and the login tokens that the platforms you connect give us. From TikTok we receive your display name, avatar, username and the posting options TikTok allows for your account. From Instagram, Facebook and YouTube we receive your account or Page name and the permission to publish the posts you approve. We do not collect your platform passwords.

How we use it

Only to show your schedule back to you and to publish the posts you approve, at the times you choose. We never post without your approval, never sell your data, and never use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Videos and login tokens are stored on the Beacon Reach server. Videos are kept only until they are published or you delete them. Videos you keep on your own phone stay on your phone.

Deleting your data

Disconnecting a platform in the app deletes its login tokens and revokes access. Deleting a post deletes its video. To delete everything we hold about you, see how to delete your data. You can also remove Beacon Reach's access from inside TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or Google at any time.
