Delete your Beacon Reach data

You can remove your data at any time.

Inside the app

• Settings, then Connections, then Disconnect on a platform. This deletes that platform's login tokens and stops all posting to it.
• Open a post and delete it. This deletes its video from our server.

Delete everything

Ask us to delete your account and everything we hold about you, using the support address on the app's store page. Include the name shown in your Beacon Reach settings. We delete your videos, schedule and login tokens within 30 days and confirm when done.

From the platforms

You can also remove Beacon Reach's access yourself: in TikTok under Security and permissions, in Instagram and Facebook under Settings, Apps and websites, and in your Google Account under Security, Third-party access.
